Delivered inPapua New Guinea

Large infrastructure projects need data: a road inventory, an inspection round, or a socio-economic impact study with hundreds of interviews. Collecting it on paper and typing it in later is slow, error-prone and expensive. SirWay’s mobile data collection apps put the questionnaire or the inspection form on a tablet, validate every entry as it is made, and sync to the cloud as soon as there is a connection — which in remote areas of Papua New Guinea or Mozambique may be days later, and that is fine.

Reports are generated automatically as data arrives, so the office team can follow a survey live and ask clarifying questions while the field team is still on site. In our experience this saves around 20% of the cost of a socio-economic data collection exercise and weeks of elapsed time.

Inventories and inspections collected this way land directly in the Road Asset Management System or Bridge Management System. Where a client lacks the staff, SirWay provides the field teams and the equipment as a service.
